Join Us for the Star Spangled Steam Up, July 3-6

The Nevada State Railroad Museum, Carson City, is hosting the Star Spangled Steam Up, July 3-6, 2025. Nevada County Narrow Gauge locomotive No. 5, Tahoe, from the Nevada County Narrow Gauge Museum will be the special guest for the weekend. Evening events will occur July 3, 4, and 5 featuring lectures, a train ride, and photo run-bys with different locomotives each night. Daytime events on July 4, 5, and 6 will include train rides, museum tours, food trucks, games, and more.
