Museum Volunteers Needed

The Nevada State Railroad Museum in Carson City is currently seeking new volunteers for the museum’s Annex building. This is a great opportunity to support the museum’s operation and mission while gaining valuable experience. Annex volunteers are responsible for opening and closing procedures (depending on the shift covered), providing the public with information about equipment, and performing walk arounds to ensure guest and artifact safety.
